Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter.

”Excellent experience from the moment you arrive. The resort was quiet and beautiful. High quality rooms. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. We lost a phone during one of the days there and before we noticed it was missing, the staff had found it and was contacting us about delivering it back to us. Also just a little thing like having a free minibar is a nice plus for the overall experience. The location of the resort is also very good and relatively close to most attractions in the area....
