”Breakfast was cold cereal or a prepackaged honeybun.”

”The only nice thing was the bed was clean and comfortable. The worse thing was the oder. It smelled very bad, I asked for a spray they gave me something and said don't use to much. I should have asked for another room, but my husband was very tired and fell asleep before I got some ice. The floors everywhere were dirty and rain was making it worse. I do not recommend. It needs lots of repair.”

”First off, we ended up at The Shenadoah Inn as a much more affordable alternative to staying in or near, Omaha for the College World Series. The Inn and the town itself is quite a throwback to simpler times. The staff was extremely friendly, encouraging us to get water to fill our water bottles before heading off for a Saturday night game. ”This is an older motel that has been refurbished. The main areas looked nice and were clean. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom vent fan. Big dust bunnies in the light cover of the fan. Bathroom was clean. The bed was a nice foam mattress and comfortable for me. Very basic accommodations in my room. No coffee maker and no cups for water or anything else. My complaint is lack of security. The secondary exit was unlocked all night. This is a clean...

”It was not clean. The shower had a hole in the wall by the shower head. Major truck stop.”

”The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room.”

”Do not book a stay at this hotel. The Direct TV box was not hooked up. We took the top off of the toilet tank because it kept running all the time and we had to fix it about once an hour. The room was so dingy. It looked like it was painted by a teenager. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Now I will say the showers were nice and hot. And the mattresses were very comfortable. It was not worth, however the price that we paid for our weekend.”

”Upon entering, the hotel smelled dank, moist, and damp. Our room was not very clean, and smelled like cigarettes despite being non-smoking. The floor was sticky, and there were food crumbs, dust, dirt, and hair along all of the walls on the floor. Walls were grimy and dirty. None of the plug-ins in the room worked except the one by the bathroom sink. Floors in the main hallways were stained and extremely dirty. We did not see any bed bugs. ”Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. ”Staff was not helpful nor polite and rooms were dirty”

”The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.”

”Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent.”
