”For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. ”

”Booking was confirmed. Did not receive any further communication from hosts. Arrived at the property last evening despite wrong address given. Property all locked up so no access. Tried to call and message hosts for an hour and a half to no avail. Had to find so where else to stay last night. Very very hacked off and have demanded a full refund but nearly 24 hours later have not heard from them. DO NOT BOOK this property.”

”The tides apartment was one of the best places we stayed at while in Fiji! It was a bit difficult to locate since gps guided us to the opposite side of the fence. We had a bit of a misstep with check in and proper instructions were not given on how to get keys for the house. The property did also have security on the premises which was a nice bonus.
