Conveniently located next to Eagle Lodge. They CYA saying in the description that internet is spotty but I have stayed at numerous hotels and condo's and they don't have issues but this place has NO INTERNET OR CABLE TV. I called the help line and she tried to help me but as soon as I rebooted the internet/tower it all came back but within 20 sec. it all disappeared. The place appears to have newer furniture ( mattress, kitchen table and chairs, family room chairs and rocker). General cleaning was adequate but a mid level deep clean has not been done for a while. The place was very quiet - literally never heard another person in the building. There are a lot of stairs to climb up and down; I dont mind the exercise but lugging up groceries, suitcases, ski boots, ..... becomes a bit much. We will NOT be staying here again since there are other places with better amenities that work.

A satisfactory stay - some improvements could me made

Overall, my stay at this accommodation was satisfactory. I had to make a last-minute booking after my previous accommodation canceled on me, and I was relieved to find this listing with updated availability online. The check-in process was smooth, and the directions were clear, although finding the parking garage was a bit tricky due to snow covering the condo names. The location was convenient and just a short walk away from Eagle Lodge and the ski lift. It was an easy walk for us, but it might be a bit challenging for those wearing ski boots, especially young children. However, it's closer to the lodge than the roadside parking available once the resort parking lot is full. The condo was warm and cozy upon our arrival, and the pull-out bed in the living room was comfortable and well-equipped with warm bedding. For the price, this accommodation offered better value than many hotel and motel options further from the slopes, and the kitchen and amenities like the hot tub and sauna were a bonus. However, there were some downsides. The parking garage required going through several heavy doors and up and down a few sets of stairs, making it a bit challenging for elderly visitors or those with young children. The heater controls were a bit fussy, and it took a while to get them right. We would have loved to use the fireplace for ambiance, but we were provided with just three logs, which was not enough for our three-night stay. The internet did not work, and there was no cell service, which could be a problem for those needing to work remotely. We did try to reset the router to no avail. The cleanliness was subpar, with mouse droppings in the drawers, questionable stains on the bedding, a dirty sheet on the pull-out couch, trash under the couch, and cheetos on the floor. It would be great if management could implement more thorough cleaning protocols to prevent this from happening in the future. The hot tub was a bit icky at times and might not meet everyone's cleanliness standards. The overall decor of the condo was a bit retro with mismatched furniture and appliances from the 80s, but it did the job just fine for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize proximity to the ski lift over luxurious amenities. In conclusion, I would recommend this accommodation to budget-conscious travelers who need a place to sleep and refuel while skiing. However, it's essential to be aware of the cleanliness issues and lack of internet and cell service.

Mouse droppings in drawer with kitchen utensils, no WiFi, dirty shoes from prior renter left under bed. Location was good but the rest was quite a disappointment. Pay extra to stay elsewhere!

Not Happy, unit not as described. Requesting partial refund as this was not worth the $800 plus for three nights. Dirty carpet, zero Wi-Fi : no Wi-Fi signal at all, Fireplace was not clean and full of half burnt items, microwave was broken: handle broken and glue from previous repair, Shower was not big enough for an adult, was a child size shower, Condo was not walking distance from lifts: we had to drive. Unit definitely not as described, jacuzzi was not operating and working or open when other properties had their Jacuzzis open

Hot tub has never worked

These places need to have better updates on their amenities. Says hot tub on the listing but showed up and the hot tub was broken. Had a buddy stay at same place a month prior and it wasn’t working then either. Update your listing or it’s false advertising. The hot tub was the only reason we booked that place.

Nice getaway

Had a nice trip. Great location, close to the Village and pretty central to everything else. Nice deck with views. Pool access needs to be upgraded. The key didn’t work. Had a great time. Very cozy. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the bed, it needs a little TLC.

Not Happy

The Unit was outdated, carpet was old an stained, it was not clean found dirty utensil in kitchen hairpin bathroom fixtures , toilet ran. I did notify Vacasa. There was no pool key , had to call Vacasa to get one. Dogs were allowed in the pool an hot tub area . loud music from people in the pool area . I will not stay again nor will I recommend this place to my family or friends.

Lots of good, minor issues

First the good: the unit was very clean, most of the furniture was new, the sofa bed was the most comfortable pull out I’ve ever slept on. We had two things missing and the property managers brought them over within an hour. The spa/pool area was nice and right next to the unit. The bad: the pool key was missing (more accurately there was a key there labeled the spa key but it was the key to the unit), and two pillowcases were missing (the correct key and the pillowcases were quickly brought over for us). There were minor maintenance issues: the cable box is broken, the toilet runs, the microwave handle is broken, the light above the stove was out, and the little stick to adjust the blinds to the balcony was broken off. I say the unit was as described because at least some of these issues were complained about by other reviewers. Overall I was happy, but I think they should pay more attention to the little things.

Dated, Dirty and a running toilet

It is not 350 yards from door to door of Eagle lodge. No pillow cases for the spare pillows, 1 small set of shampoo/conditioner ( we were here for 4 nights), no keys for the Sauna and hot tub, black sludge in oven, black hair on bathroom walls( we are blond) garbage under sofa( that was the second bed), Dvd player is not hooked up so no idea if it works, Tv remotes(3 of them) generally didn't work unless you were standing within a couple of feet, The pots and pans in the kitchen have either been abused by the last couple of guests or they have been in use too long as the teflon is scraped and coming up on all of them which is not very healthy to cook on, The clock above the fireplace doesn't tell time, the fireplace directions are not quite right and with wet wood couldn't use it anyways. At least the heat worked but the running toilet every 20-40 minutes killed our sleep. It had salt and pepper in the cupboards and more than most things you need to cook and eat. The internet worked on my laptop but not my new iphone( couldn't see the network) I rebooted both to no avail.

I would not stay here again

My husband and I go to mammoth several times a year and would not stay here again. 1. Email direction to parking garage was incorrect. 2. Only left one fire disc for us to start a fire, left us huge logs without any ax. We were staying 2 nights. 3. Parking garage driveway was not cleared of snow and we were unable to get our car out during normal hours. 4. No key to hot tub or sauna Only positive note to this place is that it was clean.

Comfortable and Reasonably Priced

Pros -The living room recliner and couch were all comfortable. The bedroom matress was firm, but had a soft and comfortable pillow top. Good cable reception and channel selection on the flat screens in both rooms. Kitchen well stocked with all appliances & accessories required. We were allowed to check in early and the process was quick and painless. WiFi connecton worked, although a little slow. Cons - We found a large fresh stain on the off-white carpet about 12 inches by 6 inches between the breakfast bar and the dining room table. Four of the patio-slider vertical blinds were missing, preventing true privacy on this ground floor unit. The refrigerator kept on freezing-up causing the circulating fan to "scream" at various times during the day and night. The building has an elevator to the parking garage but this unit has assigned parking in a "different building," without an elevator. It is not convenient to walk from the elevator to this "different building". When I called these items in, to the number provided, someone in Portland Oregon picked up the phone and "said" they would relay these concerns on to the local agency who provided the keys. I said I would like to talk to the local agency, and he said he did not have their number, and he would handle it. I checked in on on Friday afternoon, for a week, and no one was available to assist at the local agency until Tuesday. I did not appreciate having to call these items in, and also was unable to speak to anyone at the local agency for 4 days, since the local office was closed from Friday afternoon until Tuesday morning. Overall this was a satisfactory stay, regardless of these minor irritations.

Very difficult climb up and down four sets of stairs to get to the condo that was not clearly marked. Toilet very slow in flushing and the television was unwatchable. There were no sheets or pillow cases for the pull out. Overall, would not stay there again.

Great location

We had a nice time. The condo is clean and basic. The kitchen has all the dishes and cooking items you need, but they don't have any spices or such so be sure to bring those items! We had a great time.

Clean, Cozy, Welcoming.

The whole apartment was very clean and inviting! We did not have any problems while we were there. The location is also in the most convenient area markets not too far away and the resort closeby. Everything in the kitchen was provided, such as pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. My boyfriend and I loved our stay here!
