The Space:
Great Mammoth getaway situated in the heart of town next to the shuttle stop and short walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, etc. The condo is one bedroom, sleeps 4 comfortably, and comes with a fully stocked and renovated kitchen to make meals at home. Perfect for long stays. Our condo offers one full bedroom with a queen bed, plus there is a large L-shaped couch with a queen pull out bed in the living room. Flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. The complex offers multiple large year-round shared jacuzzi, dry sauna, and summer time pool.

Really, a plethora of on-site amenities are at your disposal! If the 55' Smart TV with Dolby surround sound is not enough, you can enjoy a variety of board games with your family by the fire place. After a day on the slopes, relax in the sauna and hot tub (you’ll have access to not just one, but 3). In warmer months, go for a dip in the seasonal pool, right in front of the unit’s entrance.

Walk to nearby restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife. Giovanni’s Pizzeria (7-minute walk) is a classic pizza parlor and sports bar. In the mood for Mexican food, Roberto’s is right at the edge of our complex. For bowling and your favorite 90s tunes, check out Mammoth Rock ‘n’ Bowl (11-minute walk). Or walk to just 50 feet to free transportation to take you to many Mammoth Lakes attractions.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the condo, and the recreation area (when not in maintenance/closed by county mandates). Pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi are also available. Some amenities might be temporary closed due to COVID or under maintenance. Please inquire!

Centrally located in the heart of town, our condo is just a quick drive to Sierra Star Golf Course (3 minutes) and Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort (various access points from 4 to 10 minutes). In summer, go for a hike or spend the day at beautiful Lake Mary.

The free shuttle stop right in front of the complex every 15'.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
PETS and ALLERGIES
We love pets too, but unfortunately, due to HOA restrictions, we cannot welcome your furry friends.
However, we had guests breaking the rules or bringing an emotional support pet. If you have special needs (for example, emotional support from pets), please reach out to us in advance!
We do professionally clean this unit after every stays BUT we cannot guarantee that every pet residue will be removed (especially if the previous guest didn't notify us). If you have strong pet allergies, please do not book this condo.

PARKING
Shared Parking lot for the whole complex. Only 1 car is allowed from Dec 1st to March 31st, 2 cars are allowed at all other times. Must always have a parking permit visible (permits are hanging at the entrance of the apartment). No RVs or trailers parked overnight without written approval, please ask!
There will be an additional charge for lost permits or keys.
Additional parking is available next door at the Park and Ride.

Wood Fire stove
Wood and igniters are available in the weaved basket on the hearth. If you need any additional wood you can get them from the wood stack by condo entrance.

TV and CABLE
Cable is only available in the bedroom, but all TVs are equipped with Fire TV Stick. HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Apple TV are accessible to you. If you need to buy other content you will need to notify us in advance.

WASHER and DRYERS
Washer and Dryers are outside the unit in the rec room, and accessible 7am-10am. You will need quarters and mammoth is in shortage, if you are planning to do laundry, we recommend you bring quarters with you.

THE CONDO.
This is a 1st floor corner unit condominium, open layout with a full size renovated kitchen and kitchen bar overlooking the living room for entertaining, large living with a queen pullout sofa bed, and a 4-seats dining table next to the kitchen. The bedroom is the corner of the building with two large windows for natural morning lights and black out curtains for when you want to sleep in. Being a corner unit, you may hear people walking around the corner or up to the second floor. That said, we haven’t found it bothersome at all, but if you feel this will affect you, please do not book this condo.
Unit has a full high chair that can be converted into a toddler chair/table or booster for a small child, and a Pack and Play in the closet. We do not provide bed sheets for the Pack and Play. If any specific needs, please inquire!

POOL, SPA and rec room
Pool (seasonal), Spa and Sauna may occasionally be under maintenance. Other closures might be mandated by Mono county because of COVID. Currently the seasonal pool is closed for winter!!!

LOST ITEMS
Any items that are left in the unit will be disposed by the cleaning crew after you check out. For any lost item you want us to hold on, management is asking a $40 fee plus any shipping costs associated if you cannot come back. Please do not re-enter in the unit after check out as your code is changed.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT time.
You will be able to enter the unit at 4pm. Occasionally in high season or during a heavy storm cleaning may take longer and we apologize in advance for that. Check out time is 10am. If you are found in the unit after 10am the day of the checkout there will be an additional charge for cleaning. Also keep in mind your code is personalized and will work only during your stay. Do not attempt to return to the unit after check out.
