Unit was a bit beat up and needs updating. The check out list was incredibly long and burdensome complete with gigantic financial penalties for even minor noncompliance. The cleaning fee should cover most of the check out list items but instead that is pushed on to the customer who is made to rush to hit a 10am checkout deadline or face more fines. Property manager seems to find every possible angle to penalize and fine customers. Won’t stay with them again.
