A set of double doors opens out onto the home’s balcony where you will find a private hot tub, built-in grill, Adirondack seating for 4, and unlimited views of the pine trees and nearby golf course.



Back inside, head into the fully equipped kitchen where all your chef needs are met. Creamy white countertops accented by stainless steel appliances provide the perfect space to make a home cooked meal or prepare local delivery. Grab a quick breakfast or afternoon hors d’oeuvres at the island seating for 4. For a more formal meal setting, a competitive game or two, or to simply sit and share stories and laughs over the day’s adventures, the plush dining room table offers seating for 8. An additional 2 chairs are available at the stylish chess table off the dining room.



This home sleeps up to 9 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1, located on the 1st floor, features a king-size bed with a twin-size trundle, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2, located on the 3rd floor, includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. This suite also boasts a spacious walk-in closet and ample drawer space for your belongings.



Bedroom #3, located on the 3rd floor, includes a king size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #4, located on the 3rd floor, includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



The home also offers a half bath on the 2nd floor, and full bathroom on the 3rd floor with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.





THINGS TO NOTE:

• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles: two in the garage and one in the driveway.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• A private washer and dryer are available, plus a cold-weather gear warmer/dryer in the garage.

• There is a security camera at the front door.

• Due to Mammoth’s remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
