    🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

    • Parking: One unassigned underground parking space is available. A parking pass must be picked up from the on-site office (typically open 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) and displayed while parked.

    • Stairs: Interior stairs are required to access the loft bedroom.

    • Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The outdoor pool is seasonal, while the hot tub and sauna are typically available year-round.

    • WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

    • Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available within the community.

    • Pets: One dog is welcome with a $75 pet fee. Pets must be included at booking or added prior to arrival. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, cleaned up after, and additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

    • Neighbor Awareness: As with most condominium communities, some noise from neighboring units may occasionally be heard. Please observe community quiet hours.

    • Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

    • Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Love this place! Very comfortable and quiet. Nice view from balcony. Big balcony to relax and enjoy a coffee or cocktail. So close to Canyon lodge and the village. We will be back!

The condo needs carpet and rugs replacement. The unit needs a detailed deep cleaning. There is absolutely no ac in the condo which makes sleeping in the loft extremely uncomfortable and unbelievably hot. The only dryer was broken so we had to go up three floors in a different building. The woman in the front office was arrogant and rude .

Unit in very good condition. Host was very responsive for questions. The in-house documentation could be better for things like TV setup, laundry location, pool / spa hours, etc, but overall very good experience.

Family friendly condo

Great little loft in Mammoth - the condo's kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We took advantage of the multiple BBQs available and cooked almost every meal. Communication with the host was prompt and easy, and they were very helpful with an issue we encountered. The kids enjoyed the pool and waving to the bear on our way in and out of the community. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy retreat

When we first arrived the smell was so bad, like a Fabreeze bomb had gone off. I didn't think we could stay. We opened the sliders and door and used a box fan.It. Was awful but got better by the next day. sliders and door, put a fan in the doorrway

This is a very difficult review to write because I really did love the property. It was cozy and seemed clean but I have to be honest in my review. My issue was with the sleeping arrangements. I booked the property for 3 people, the property was advertised as sleeping 4 people but when we arrived the sofa bed was broken and not usable. I contacted the host immediately when finding the issue and sent them photos of the bed. They apologized for the inconvenience. While I appreciated the apology, my guest, who was an adult had to sleep on the couch or the floor, both were not ideal or unacceptable. I did ask if there was some compensation for the fact that we booked a property that slept 4 people but in reality, only slept 2 people. I expected at least one night would be reimbursed for our inconvenience. They responded that they would look into it and then never responded back. When I followed up, I felt a bit dismissed. They told me that they already reimbursed me 150 (which was about 10% of what I paid) but if I had not followed up I would not have known at all. As I mentioned, I did like the property, but I can’t book this in the future and if you are needing a property that sleeps more than 2 people, I don’t believe this would be able to accommodate you. The communication was easy and pleasant.
At first the bed would not open at all.
I was able to finally open the bed but the foot of the bed was almost sitting on the floor.
This was as far as the bed would open.
