Other Stuff We Need to Tell You:
Although your stay is in a newly modernized studio, the building itself was built in the 1970's.
There is a shared hallway that all guests access the lower floor condos. Please be respectful of other guests and mindful of noise levels when entering and exiting the condo during your stay. The building also has thin walls which lends itself to being able to hear next door neighbors and/or above neighbors walking around.
There are disposable earplugs provided next to the bed for your convenience. However, if you are a light sleeper, any condos located in Mountain Shadows is probably not the best option for your stay.

{STRICT} condo association rules state that dogs CAN NOT be left in condo without supervision. They must accompany you on all your outings. No exceptions. If there is a noise complaint made, you will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursements made for loss of stay.
