  • Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen kaupunkiasunto on uudistettu ylhäältä alas: kaapit, työtasot, kodinkoneet, lattiat, ovet, maalit, valaisimet, turhuus, kalusteet ja paljon muuta! Uudelleen suunniteltu yläkerrassa luodaksesi erittäin tilava asettelu, jossa iso avoin keittiö, ruokasali, tärkein olohuone, makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella kaikissa yläkerrassa! Ja sitten alla tehtiin lisäuudistuksia, jotta tilavampaa sisääntulotietä, suurempaa makuuhuonetta ja ainutlaatuista kahden hengen kylpyhuonetta saataisiin erillisellä turhamaisuusalueella. Mukautettu navetan ovi missä pyykki on. Lounaaseen suuntautuva kulmayksikkö, josta on näköala vuorelle. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, taulu-tv ja oma kylpyhuone. Jäljellä olevissa alakerrassa olevissa makuuhuoneissa on kuningatar-vuode sekä toisessa että kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on euro-tyylinen kerrossänky (kaksinkertainen yläosassa ja alareunassa parivuode) ja erillinen parivuode.

    Torjua rauhallisessa nurkassa monimutkainen ja pois pääteiltä, mutta silti vain minuutin kävelymatkan päässä punaisen linjan ilmainen kuljetus, joka vie sinut aina kylään ja Main Lodge. Kylpylä, sauna ja pesulapalvelut pyörittävät tätä rauhallisella paikalla sijaitsevaa vuorenrintaa. Erinomainen sijainti, josta pääsee helposti Mammoth Creek Park -puistoon ja kaupungin pääostosalueelle Old Mammoth Road -kadun varrella. Alle viiden minuutin kävelymatka keilarata- ja polkujärjestelmään.

    Kaikki Mammoth Sierran vieraat saavat ilmaisen täyden pääsyn Snowcreek Athletic Clubiin nauttiaksesi palveluista, kuten lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, höyry / sauna, täysi kuntoilutila, jooga, pilates ja pyöräilystadio ja paljon muuta. Super clean, conveniently located, pet-friendly condo

This was the perfect place for our Memorial Weekend stay including both snow & sun. The layout, furnishings, and location were perfect for our group of 2 adults, 5 teens, and 1 dog. Access to the Snowcreek Recreation Center was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Well appointed townhouse and close to town

Our group had a relaxing stay in your lovely townhouse. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The whole townhouse has been updated and well done to accommodate an active vacation. We like the close walking distant to Old Mammoth road for access to restaurants and the town walking path

We felt the pictures and description wasn’t accurate. It stated there was 4 bedroom when there were actually only 3 which meant 4 Adult children (unmarried) all had to stay in the same bedroom which was something we wanted to avoid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, there was a puddle of water on the TV converter and remotes, apparently from a leak in the roof-ceiling above. The whole entertainmnet set up was damaged. Dealing with this in the first few hours upon arrival and into the next morning was not fun.We are used to properties in Mammoth having plenty of board games, there are none in this unit.The set up of the three bedrooms in the downstairs floor, is much more crowded than we imagined based on the property description and photos.Few non-pampering bathroom towels.

Great place but property management could use improvement

It was a great place to stay but it was kind of difficult working with the property management company. They charged us for a chip in the fireplace which was already there and I am pretty sure they wanted to take advantage of the insurance I purchased. Also, the fire place did not work for us and they were no help with that. The place also was short on towels for a place that sleeps 10

Walking distance to Vons, Starbucks, great pizza, Distant Brewing, and the Trolley stop! The kitchen was well-stocked, bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and it was great having a washer and dryer downstairs. My only request is if the unit doesn't have AC (which in Mammoth isn't usually needed) that the windows open properly with screens that are latched in all the way, and have functioning cranks. We couldn't open all the windows and it did get a little warm during the day. But...we'd definitely stay here again!

The hot and cold water in the bathroom sinks were reversed in two of the sinks with the hot on the right instead of the left. The toilet roll holders had not yet been installed. There are garages in many of the units, but this one did not have one and that would’ve been convenient because we had five electric mountain bike's that needed to be recharged at night. But overall, it worked well for us.

Mammoth Weekend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of us traveled up to Mammoth last week to enjoy the beautiful mountain to go Ski and Snow, Board. Sking is an absolute nirvana to some of us and an annual event that we all looked forward to, and if you are an avid skier, you know that it can be absolutely exhausting. That being said, a hot shower and a comfortable bed are top priorities. Well let's just say that the shower had the same amount of force as a toddler's water gun, So you can say goodbye to those long hot showers. The beds were way too small and uncomfortable for normal size adults, if you're under 3 feet or under the age of 5 you should be fine. The layout downstairs was cumbersome and dark. it had no rhyme or reason, and absolutely no privacy. The upstairs was better with the natural light coming in, however, the floors were filthy. The tv was also an annoyance because you had to change the battery from one remote to the other. This should have been handled by the manager before the guests arrived.

Another year in Mammoth

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Mammoth for about 30 years. This year we decided to try a different condo complex. I wish I could say that it was great, but there were a number of things which could be improved upon. The condo has a number of windows which were stuck and difficult or impossible to open. Given that there's no AC, this created a problem. There were termites in the condo appearing throughout our stay. The bathroom and bedroom doors have large translucent panels which created a lack of privacy. The biggest problem was the fact that the condo was being reroofed for the last half of our stay. This was our vacation! It would have been nice to be notified of the roofing project when we booked so we could find other accommodations. We had nails and roofing materials falling on our balcony as well as outside our door. The noise was intolerable during the day, leaving us no choice but to leave the condo. We were compensated for 2 of our 6 night stay, but we feel that the whole situation could have been handled in a better manner.

Great rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: nicely remodeled rental. nice lighting and kitchen. tasteful decor. the only not great thing were the two beds down stairs (they're soft and lumpy).

Great location great stay!

Loved the condo! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect! Walkable some bars and restaurants. AND right on the bus line! Great for a family or group of friends.

Convenient and cozy

The wood fired stove made this place amazing! So close to everything including mountain and restaurants. The hot tub was great. And we had room for four kids and our nanny. We loved our trip there!
