  • Tämä äskettäin uusittu ja kalustettu kahden makuuhuoneen plus parvihuoneisto sijaitsee lähellä bussipysäkkiä. Olohuoneessa on parveke ja paljon mukavia sohvaistuimia, joissa on 42 "taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Keittiössä on 4 paikkaa pöydässä ja 2 tiskillä ja siinä on myös parveke. Täysi kylpy sijaitsee tällä tasolla. Parvella mahtuu 4, 1 queen-vuode ja täysi / kaksi kerrossänky. Makuuhuone, jossa on täysi kylpyamme, on kauniisti sisustettu queen-vuode ja parveke, joka astuu ulos uima-altaan / spa-alueen ulkopuolelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa, myös kylpyamme ja parveke, on queen-vuode. Tämä osakehuoneisto tarjoaa ilmaisen langattoman internetyhteyden. HOA-säännöt eivät salli lemmikkieläimiä missään yksikössämme. The bad: Host/management experience was terrible. The owner should consider sending in a secret shopper, as I assume they pay good money to manage the property. When we asked about an amenity, it took over a day to respond and then the response was completely off putting and the management company pivoted and blamed the owner of the condo for the problem, explaining there was nothing THEY could do. Be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo/conditioner, and hand soap, as they do not provide any of these basic things, instead blaming the single use law for their absence- when they could install refillable options, like I’ve seen at most hotels and VRBOs nowadays. I think they are simply being cheap. There was a lack of dish rags, and no hand towels in the bathrooms, and no hooks or bars to hang towels. Toilet could use some deep cleaning. The good: the condo was in a great location. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and shuttle. Furnace/fireplace was nice and there was plenty of firewood. Quiet location and comfortable beds. The condo was clean and nice balcony space.

The management team was very helpful and responded quickly when I told them about the missing hair dryer from the unit. The location of this property is great. It is within walking distance into town. We definitely will return to this place again.

Great location

The place was a great location for all of the trails and shops in Mammoth Lakes and close to Yosemite. The check in was a bit clunky as we showed up at 4:45 and although the office was suppose to be until 5pm, it was closed. We were able to use the lock box, but the wrong name was listed on the envelope. It all worked out, but was a different experience than expected. Cleanliness was OK, but the dishwasher was full and coffee grounds were in the coffee pot from prior tenant. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The only downside was that it was warm and the temp in the place would never go lower than 75 degrees. The loft area would be 80 by night so that was a bit uncomfortable as the week heated up. All in all, the place was great and was a good base for our family fun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfy couch and beds; adequately stocked kitchen; plenty of firewood; everything was clean; plenty of towels; lots of hot water. Bring your own kindling and hatchet for building a fire. The stove will heat the main area and upstairs loft (too hot up there!), but the basement rooms will stay cold. Bring extra blankets for downstairs. And slippers as the bathroom tile floors are COLD! Bathrooms were all recently remodeled—new tile, large shower head, glass doors. The hot tubs are nearby! Bring your own beach towels if you don’t want to use bath towels. Multiple light bulbs were out, the kitchen sink cupboard was askew, and one of the sliding basement doors doesn’t close with a tight seal. Ask the host for internet info, as there is none in the welcome papers. At least one kitchen chair is in rough condition. Stove lights were glitchy, but the stove and oven still worked well. There’s a draft from the front door, so bring an old blanket or towel to block that cold breeze. Overall it was a great place to stay for the price for a ski weekend. Safe neighborhood, helpful neighbors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious enough and had some upgrades. The sofa was large enough for 5 people and the dining table seated more. The wood-burning stove was good for making some-mores. The location is quiet and close to parking and the pool.There were some peculiarities, however. There were fans in the bathrooms, but they seemed to be connected to the heaters. As the temperature at times was in the 80's, pure exhaust fans would have been better. The bathroom window in the master bath was sealed; in other condos of the same plan it can be opened for ventilation. There were some minor electronic glitches with the stove and the dishwasher, but they still worked. The management sent someone over to check it out right away. The most surprising item was a ventilation system that takes warm air from the loft area and feeds it into the lower bedrooms with a somewhat loud whooshing noise. (The pipes can be seen in the condo photos.) It was found that keeping the upper levels cool by leaving the sliding doors open could eliminate this automatic function. It would have been good to have been able to turn this off, especially since this occurred during warm weather. Possibly there is a way, but we did not discover it.Overall, though, the condo was comfy enough for 4 adults and 2 teens and we enjoyed the stay.

This place could be good if some cared enough to spend a little time and money. The condition its in is not worth the price. not even close.

My gripe is with the worn out kitchenware and the poor lighting in the living room and loft. Broken lamps and burnt out light bulbs made for a frustrating arrival in the dark. I made comments to the managemnet and although they responded quickly, they did not offer a solution.

Great location

Great location and the place was clean and recently renovated. Would stay here again in the future. One recommendation would be for the owned to install balusters on the stairs for safety of little kids who can't stay off the stairs.

Beautiful and modern, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely loved this property! I made a last-minute decision to book this 3-night trip, so while this unit had far more space than I needed (it sleeps 8), I was limited in my options and had to act fast. As soon as I walked in, I was stoked! The mountain was closed for most of Wednesday due to high winds, so I spent the day on my laptop working comfortably in the dining area. The area is nice and quiet, and I had a very productive day. The main floor and loft area are a bit cool even with the heater on, so if you do have folks sleeping in the loft, be prepared to have layers. Otherwise, the listing and photos depict it perfectly, and I will definitely look to book this spot again. Only next time, I'll try to rope in a few more friends to split the cost. ;o) Actually might look at dates right now...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
