• Stairs: This home has stairs (multi-level layout). Please see photos.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, internet speed and reliability—as well as cell service—can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the unassigned parking lot. Spaces are first-come, first-served; no additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Local logistics: You’ll be a short drive to dining and groceries along Old Mammoth Rd and the Vons corridor, The Village at Mammoth, and local favorites like Mammoth Creek Park, Shady Rest Park, the Town Loop and Mammoth Creek Path, Sierra Star Golf (seasonal), Volcom Brothers Skatepark, winter Nordic at Shady Rest, the Community Recreation Center ice rink/RecZone, Hayden Cabin, the Mono County Library playground, and Mammoth Rock ’n’ Bowl.
