Cala Mendia Beach House offers a bright living room with a dining area and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three spacious bedrooms, two of them with double beds (one of them with access to a balcony) and the third with two single beds. Additionally, it has two bathrooms, both with showers.



One of the main attractions of this holiday rental house in Mallorca is its spacious semi-covered terrace with a view of Cala Mendia beach, with a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs, a perfect dining table to enjoy meals, a jacuzzi where you can relax during your stay and two sun loungers to sunbathe while enjoying the sea views and the greenery. The landscape surrounding the house with the abundant nature of Mallorca's pines will bring you a fresh sea breeze throughout the day.
