Villa Alto – Spacious Country House Near Calas de Mallorca

Welcome to this magnificent house located just 4 km from the beaches of Calas de Mallorca, accommodating up to 9 guests. Set on a 4,000 m² plot, it offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces for an unforgettable vacation.



The main house features a cozy living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 single), and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with both a shower and a bathtub). There is also an independent apartment with garden access, equipped with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a small living area with sofa and TV.



Outside, you will find a bathroom with shower for the pool area. One bedroom has air conditioning, and two have ceiling fans. In winter, central heating is available (optional service for an extra fee).



The spacious pool terrace includes a second fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and grill barbecue, plus a furnished porch ideal for outdoor dining. The private pool (12 x 5 m) has a shallow area perfect for children. There are 9 sun loungers, a children’s playhouse on grass under a tree, and a ping-pong table.



Medium-sized pets are allowed on request. Parties and events are not permitted.



The main road to Calas de Mallorca runs alongside the property, so some traffic may be heard, though it is usually not disturbing. This house combines comfort, space, and a great location to enjoy Mallorca’s east coast.
