Villa Domingos is a charming and tastefully decorated holiday villa in Cales de Mallorca, a perfect spot for beach lovers. Tranquillity can be felt in this accommodation, so you can relax with your family and friends.



Villa Domingos has two floors and the following layout: the ground floor offers a spacious and bright living room with large sofas, a dining table for 8 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast table and everything necessary to cook comfortably. Additionally, here you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. The first floor has 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms have private balconies and one benefits from a large terrace; from each of them, you will enjoy open views of the green surroundings.



Villa Domingos has been renovated in 2022 and has everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms and fans in the other rooms, TV, wifi connection, kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils, hairdryer, bedding, bath and pool towels, among others.



Villa Domingos offers excellent and very well-maintained exteriors: minimalist style garden, good-sized private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and straw-woven umbrellas, children's swings, ping-pong table, lounge area with sofas and chairs with a dining table next to the brick barbecue, and plenty of space for outdoor games.



Villa Domingos is located in the tourist area and close to a perfect spot for beach lovers: Cales de Mallorca. There you will find some of the most beautiful and well-known beaches in Mallorca with crystal-clear turquoise waters: Cala Domingos with two sandy beaches, as well as Cala Antena with beach bars and restaurants and Cala Romenguera, a rocky cove; all located 20 minutes walking distance. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and all necessary facilities are located nearby. The bus stop that connects Cales de Mallorca with Palma and other cities is 50 metres away. Additionally, there is parking in front of the house.

*After making your reservation, you will receive all communications through the platform where you made your booking.

*Deposit payment and online check-in are mandatory to access the accommodation.

*3 days before your arrival (if deposit payment and check-in were completed), you will receive the code for the accommodation's key box.

*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used from the official check-in day and time indicated in your reservation.

*On the check-out day, keys must be deposited in the key box before 10:00 a.m.

*No events or parties are allowed*

*Between 10:00 p.m. and 09:00 a.m., silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not permitted)*
