The dreamy Mallorcan finca is in a wonderfully quiet location near the town of Manacor, Mallorca's second largest city on the east coast.



With around 115 m² of living space, the house offers a total of three double bedrooms with air conditioning (1x double bed, 2x single beds each) and two bathrooms with showers and therefore enough space for up to 6 guests.



The living room is equipped with WiFi internet, satellite TV, an adjacent dining table and the American kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine and dishwasher. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are on the ground floor. The third bedroom is accessed via an outdoor staircase to the upper floor, which has its own bathroom with shower.



From the entrance area of ​​the finca there are four steps down to the really beautifully landscaped garden area with a covered barbecue grill and dining table. From here you go to the highlight of the finca, the adjoining terrace with a covered seating area made of wooden benches, lots of parasols, corner sofas and of course sun loungers.



The private swimming pool 9 m x 4.5 m (depth 0.90 m x 1.90 m) invites you to cool off and, behind the pool terrace, there is a hammock between the trees for shady chilling. Next to the terrace there is also a guest toilet with a sink and there are two outdoor showers.



The area surrounding the finca offers a lot of peace and quiet to relax and in and around the nearest town of Manacor there is a large selection of very good restaurants, golf courses, various shops and supermarkets. The nearest beaches are the many popular bathing bays of the well-known Calas de Mallorca in and around Porto Cristo and Sa Coma and Cala Millor are also only about 10-15 minutes away by car.
