”Numerous problems. This is a discount property, but still. Elevator broken. Bedside lamp had to be unplugged to turn off. Smelled like smoke.”

”The building looks new and room looks new but nothing feels clean. Floor was dirty in the room. Walked out of shower to bed, my feet got dirty from the floor. Shower gel and shampoo was completely empty had to ask for them to replace. Hair dryer was also missing. Had to call for them to bring up. The room just didn't feel ready for us even though we online checked in 24hrs ahead. Plus there were ants in the lobby for 2 days and not cleaned or had a solution for. It was all over the coffee...

”based on the price and the google maps photos, i wouldnt go into this expecting too much. it's close to kings dominion (a short walk through the connected parking lot) which was all i really wanted. so that was cool. but the room had a weird, unpleasant smell in it and it didnt seem to be kept up with much at all. there wasnt even soap in the bathroom hand soap dispenser.”

”This place is disgusting. The ceiling was rusty and moldy all the way around the perimeter. Ceiling tiles won’t even in properly. The tub was stained and the tub surface wasn’t flat. There was a lump in the middle of the tub. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting. There are cracks and damage all over the place. The only thing nice about this place in the rooms was the floor. The AC cannot be adjusted. And there are not hairdryers or coffee makers in the rooms as you show listed on the site. I...

”The room was clean and nice. However, our air conditioner was very loud. It was so loud that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. The other issue was there were little lights everywhere that we couldn’t figure out how to turn off. My husband had to go around and cover them all up with hand towels or wash cloths.”

This place was expensive in comparison to similar nearby hotels and yet the service was absolutely and completely GARBAGE. The AC was not working in one of our rooms, a suite for that matter. The very unfriendly with zero customer service skills front desk rep told us to call the manager. Called the manager, left a voicemail and never heard...

”We had 2 rooms. 1st of all to start 1 of the keys didn't open the door and we had to go back to the lobby to get it fix. Then as soon as we enter the room it had a very terrible odor. We ask for 2 rooms and I ask to have connecting rooms well I didn't get my request. Pool was close for maintenance and hotel needs an update.”

”The room was dirty. There was a film on the mirror and the countertop in the bathroom and on the furniture surfaces in the bedroom and living area. there was no clock or tv remote for the bedroom. We used the remote for the tv in the living area in the bedroom. One of the elevators would not work properly all the time. It would occasionally stop between floors or the doors would not open. Had to reverse direction which then seemed to correct the issue. Cannot recommend this motel.”
