This is hands down one of the most horrible, unwelcoming, and misleading hotels Iâve ever stayed at in my life.
Let me start with the biggest issue: the hotel does NOT have a private beach. This is completely misrepresented on their website and booking platforms. The beach is actually owned by a separate restaurant, and hotel guests can only access it at specific times on certain daysâand even then, youâre heavily monitored. Youâre not even allowed to bring a bottle of water with you. Nowhere was this mentioned before I booked, and it was a huge disappointment.
This is NOT a family-friendly hotel, despite being advertised as one on Expedia. If youâre planning a stay with kids or looking for relaxing family time, this is not the place. The atmosphere is more suited for singles or groups of friends. Thereâs loud music, partying, and people drinking all day. If thatâs what youâre looking for, greatâtheir music and party vibes are actually decent on event nightsâbut donât expect anything remotely family-oriented. There are zero family-friendly activities and absolutely no effort to make families feel welcome.
Check-in was okayâGerard was the only standout, truly helpful and professional, even when I was clearly frustrated. A few of the pool lifeguards were kind as well. Unfortunately, the same canât be said about the security staff, especially those hired by the restaurant. They were rude, disrespectful, and treated guests like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
