”Extremely nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was an excellent chance to try the owners home made jams, which were delicious! When we came back at night we saw fire flies and listened to the very loud frogs(?). Walk to the center of the city is few minutes only. This place is a true gem. Wifi we couldn't get to work.”

”David and Roberta are fabulous hosts. They provided information for our visits and would spend as much time as you want to ensure you have all the information you need. ”Fantastisk værtspar, som fik os til at føle os velkommen med det samme. God pool og en fin lejlighed. Der skal ikke så meget til før de kunne have fået bedre anmeldelse, men ting som at vi ikke fik gjort rent, skiftet sengetøj eller håndklæder og selv skulle bede om toiletpapir i en periode på 14 dage tæller virkelig ned. Der manglede helt basale køkkenting, en lille ting men også irriterende. Der opdrættes fugle på stedet, og de larmer virkelig meget om natten. Der var ekstremt mange fluer,...

”Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf dem Grundstück sehr genossen! Die Aufteilung der Wohnbereiche ist für größere Gruppen perfekt. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre mit eigenem Bad, und trotzdem trifft man sich gemeinsam am Freisitz mit der passenden Außenküche. Der Pool ist richtig groß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer unkompliziert und freundlich. Gerne wieder!!!”

I have read a review in which the reviewer opined the stairs the website doesn’t quite make clear. Yes. There is a winding, marble clad stair up to the apt I had. So if stairs aren’t your thing, you really need to rethink visit the CT.”

”Lovely place up on the hills. Beautiful view to the city of La Spezia. Very friendly and helpfull family running this agriturismo. Stunning swimming pool with an unbelievable view. We relaxed here and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is simple, but nice like it is. Best is the view and your own terrace. The street up to the hotel is very curvy, but in a good condition. We will recommend this accommodation to all our friends.”
