The staff was awesome. They only had one working elevator and at the end the 3rd floor was not even able to use it. So staying for 8 days we had a lot of stuff and not having an elevator was not a joy. Thank goodness we are young enough to handle all the stairs.
They need help taking care of the hallways and stairs area. That was dirty.
I accidentally left $100’s of groceries and my collagen in a Hannafords bag in the fridge. I called back at 5:30-5:45 looking for it. They threw me it all away. Brand new stuff. I highly doubt it was thrown. Whatever! My fault. But after living there for well over a week. No one had to clean but for one day. To lose that. Not get anything off for not having any elevator for 2 days, knowing the couple in the next room got their parking comp! I really had enjoyed my stay up until the last day. No help from that place! Really bummed. It’s a nice place I just wish today would’ve ended better! Will I stay there again? Yes!
