”Nous n'avons pas trouvé les prestations que nous attendions pour ce type de location : - Colonne de douche en mauvais état sur l'ensemble des salles de bains - Un seul réfrigérateur en mauvais état de fonctionnement - pas assez d'accessoires ménagers style : passoire, saladiers, balais, aspirateurs, etc. - l'ensemble des fenêtres et volets ne s'ouvraient pas et étaient fermés à clé - la chambre en rez de chaussée ne dispose pas de serrure et reste entrouverte en permanence - dans la cour côté...

”The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.”

”Wir waren begeistert insbesondere von der Lage der Finca. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist in Fangar Vell genau richtig. Die Finca ist einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir würden immer wieder diese Finca wählen.”

”Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca Saran. Man muss wissen, dass die Finca tatsächlich ein wenig abgelegen liegt und die letzten Meter über Stock und Stein zu fahren sind. Man ist hier für sich aber auf ein Auto angewiesen. Llucmajor mit diversen Geschäften und Restaurants ist allerdings in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ort ist auch definitiv nicht mit Touristen überlaufen. Fanden wir sehr angenehm.Die Finca ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Mitte September war es angebracht die...

”The host was excellent and very responsive to a couple of issues that arose. The pool is wonderful and great for kids. If the house were updated and some minor renovations carried out this would be an amazing villa. However the house is not as bright and airy as the photographs show and when we arrived it had a musty feel to it. The shutters were all closed on arrival but even opening them and the windows the house still felt dark and musty. The house is also in need of updating particularly...
