# THE VILLA
Discover Le Havre des Mimosas, a true haven of peace nestled in the quiet hills of the Roc Fleuri neighborhood in Mandelieu, renowned for its beautiful mimosas. Enjoy a 2,000 m² terraced garden with an infinity pool and a pétanque court, all while admiring the panoramic sea view in the distance.
With approximately 270 m² of living space, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with lounge, dining space, and fitness equipment, as well as a south-facing terrace—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal by the pool with a sea view.
The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms:
- On the ground floor, one bedroom with a king-size bed and dressing room, plus a private shower room with WC and bidet spray (accessible only from the bedroom). A separate WC with hand basin and bidet spray is also available on this level.
- Upstairs, the master suite includes a double walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with jet bathtub, shower, and WC.
In a separate wing on the same floor, two additional bedrooms with closets: one with a king-size bed, the other with two single beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed on request). These rooms share a shower room with WC.
The villa is equipped with high-end furnishings, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix and Xbox, and electric shutters for optimal comfort and restful sleep.
# PARKING
A section of the private garage is available for parking one car or a two-wheeler. Additional parking is available inside the property, in front of the garage, and one reserved space is located outside, in front of the gate.
# NEIGHBORHOOD
At the bottom of the hill, you’ll find a lovely park, perfect for a short walk. Just a few minutes away by car, the Capitou district offers all the shops and services you may need. The villa’s location allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of Mandelieu while staying close to all amenities. You’ll love the peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to essentials.
# ESSENTIALS
To make your stay easier, we provide all the basics: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tissues, aluminum foil, cling film, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, and a laundry capsule.
# WELCOME KITS
Upon arrival, you’ll find premium welcome kits:
- Hygiene kit: care products, soap, shower gel, shampoo, slippers, sleep masks, etc.
- Gourmet kit: coffee, tea, sweet treats, water, rosé wine, etc.
- Kids kit: coloring materials, candy, modeling clay, cookies, etc.
All included in your stay.
# PRIVATE VILLA
You are renting the entire villa and will have exclusive access. No rooms or amenities are shared with others. Some private areas, reserved for personal or technical use, are not accessible to guests and will be clearly indicated in the welcome booklet.
# ACCESSIBILITY
The villa is spread over three levels, accessible only by stairs. There are also a few steps in the living room. It is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
# WELCOME BOOK
A 30-page welcome booklet is available to help you navigate the property independently: Wi-Fi access, check-in/check-out info, house rules, appliance guides, local transportation, activity ideas, restaurant and delivery recommendations, emergency numbers, and more.
# CHECK-IN
By default, check-in is self-service via smart locks or key boxes. If you prefer a personal welcome, it’s available free of charge—just let us know in advance. 😉

# BABIES / CHILDREN
The villa is suitable for families with children. A high chair and child-friendly tableware are provided, along with a travel crib and bedding.
⚠️ Please note: the villa is not secured for toddlers—the pool has an alarm but no safety fence, there are stairs, and the garden spans three levels without barriers.
# SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €1000 security deposit (via a secure and well-known platform) will be required before your arrival to finalize your booking. This amount is not charged, only a pre-authorization on your credit card. It will be fully released 14 days after your departure, provided no damage is reported.
# PETS
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the villa.
# PARTIES / EVENTS
Parties and events are not permitted in the villa.
