From your second-story perch, you will enjoy massive windows with available privacy curtains, and a private porch with a gate that runs the entire length of the home and includes a conversation bench and a pub table with two stools. There is a second entry and exit door off of the fully stocked kitchen that leads into the private, fully fenced, backyard.

Inside you will find a renovated kitchen with a 3/4 size refrigerator-freezer, a full-size range + oven with hood vent, microwave, and a deep single-compartment sink. Small appliances include a Keurig (or drip coffee pot if desired), blender, and toaster with all manner of cookware, cutlery, utensils, towels, cups, mugs, and standard kitchen implements.

The bright living space includes a 48" Smart TV, wireless and ethernet access point, a comfy convertible couch, a dinette, and a dresser below the TV for additional storage. All windows are screened and easy to operate should you opt for a breeze as opposed to the central AC-controlled via smart thermostat.

The private bedroom includes an 11-inch full-size gel-memory foam platform bed + headboard with all bedding and linen needs fully covered as well as a chest of drawers, closet with hanging bar, ironing board, iron, and extra blankets.

The ensuite bath includes ample storage and lighting. The tile shower is equipped with a flip-down bench, removable spray wand, and in-wall toiletry storage. Rounding out the bath area is a stackable washer and dryer for your exclusive use.

Downstairs, you will find heaps of covered storage that we are happy to let you utilize for your bikes or other recreation items. Or feel free to grab one of our bicycles, or kayaks for your use.
