New 2 bedroom apartment with sea view in La Punta de Montanita with private exit to the beach in a very quiet area in a privileged location near the village but far from the noise.
The space
The apartment is new and has all the amenities for long or short stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, kitchen with oven, bathroom is private and features hot water.
The location is privileged in La Punta (residential area) and quiet, the suite is inside a private property where there are more apartments that are rented. The beach is a few steps away. There is direct access inside the property and if you surf we are in front of the surf point. There is AC in the living room, cool the entire apartment.
Guest access
The neighborhood is called La Punta, it is small but very complete, there are several restaurants, cafes, surf shops, surf schools, and a yoga studio.

The TIA supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and the center is 10 minutes away, there are taxis around the clock but you can get everywhere by walking.
Other things to note
There are more apartments that are rented per month, a restaurant serving breakfasts, and a Beach bar.
There are areas that are still under construction but currently no work is being done.
