Located in La Punta de Montañita, a quiet and residential area right in front of the Surf Point, the suite is part of Casa Barona, a family-style, gated, and secure property with direct private beach access and exclusive entry for guests only.
The suite is divided into two main areas:
1. Kitchenette area:

• Coffee maker, blender, and kitchenware for two people
2. Bedroom area:
• Full-size bed (two-person capacity)

• Private ensuite bathroom with hot water

• We are a pet-friendly property. Pets are welcome with an additional fee and must follow certain rules to ensure everyone’s comfort. We have a friendly dog named Luna and a cat named Isabella who live in the outdoor areas
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
• Parties and events are not allowed
• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms
• Casa Barona is a family-style property, and we kindly ask our guests to care for the space as if it were their own home

Accommodation must be 100% prepaid prior to check-in. Once payment is confirmed, we will send the instructions and access codes for self check-in.
Please make sure to inform us in advance of your arrival time, the number of guests, and whether you are traveling with pets. We do not have an on-site reception, so it is important to save or screenshot the check-in instructions message.
