The space
Welcome to Aveline Suites, where we offer an exceptional relaxation experience for both business and leisure travelers. Our units feature balconies with stunning city views and are situated in Acqua Private Residences.

Conveniently located near Makati Avenue/Poblacion and just across from Rockwell, we are a 10-minute walk to Makati and close to Mega Mall, Ayala Circuit Mall, Century Mall, and the Philippines immigration office. Our location provides easy access to the city and is close to Makati Medical Center, St. Luke's Hospital, BGC, and Ortigas. We are also just a short drive from the airport.

During your stay, registered guest(s) will have the unit to themselves. You will have access to use facilities of the condominium such as the pool, gym, playground, and Movie Theater.

→ Paid parking in Acqua Dettifoss Tower is 50 pesos for the first 3 hours and 10 pesos for every succeeding hour (First come first Serve Basis only)

→ The Pebble: Accessible through the 6th floor. Exit towards the garden and look for the entrance to The Pebble amenities.

BASIC NECESSITIES
→ Lawson 24/7 Convenience Store located at 1st floor Pebble. There are also small nearby stores just outside the Acqua Private Residences gate
→ Garden Jogging Path and Kids' playground are accessible to guests
→ The laundry shop and purified drinking water station are located on the next Building at Livingstone Tower
→ Garbage Room with bins available near the exit door of the same floor.
→ Intercom available to 24/7 concierge

Had a few issues regarding this place. To begin, there were ants coming out the sink. Saw a cockroach one night. Hot water would work for a minute and then not at all for the remainder of the period. And the place didn’t have a pleasant smell. The beds were very uncomfortable. No shampoo, add request iron and hairdryer. Among all things, great location, and amazing rooftop view
