There is NO parking in the building. There is street parking available across the building entrance for 60 PHP (2 hrs) & an additional 70 PHP for the 3rd hour. Parking for more than 3 hrs is NOT allowed. Another parking option is by the nearest mall. To avoid the hassle, best to travel via Grab or taxi.

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID & vaccination card for admin approval of the guest pass. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID & vaccination card to the guard. Once validated, you will be asked to sign up & provide basic info on their guest/visitor online system. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.

Keyless Entry/ Digital Lock in the unit. You will be provided with a temporary passcode for the digital lock.
Other things to note
We're virtually available 24/7 by phone or messaging. Please contact us via Airbnb first to ensure an immediate response.

We do self-check-in & checkout via a smart lock. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival. A separate message via Airbnb will be sent to share your assigned door code. The code will only work during your scheduled stay. It expires after 11 am check out.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - 600
Past 2 HRS to MAX of 8 HRS - half of the nightly rate
Beyond 8 HRS - full nightly rate

Please note that the nightly rate only covers the first 2 guests. Extra guest is charged an additional 850 PHP/night. Max of 4.

Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the aircon & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.

For weekly & monthly stays - rates are already discounted as shown on the listing.

FOR 28 DAYS & MORE RESERVATIONS: You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month/per stay. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed 3,000 PHP per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.

FREE use of gym & 100 PHP per guest to use the pool located on the 7th floor. Please coordinate with us if you plan to use the amenities. Do note that due to the current covid-19 situation, amenities may be unavailable without prior notice.
