The space
THE ONE BEDROOM:

58sqm (625 sqft) apartment with modern furniture. It is perfect for one person or a couple. It has 1 bedroom with a super comfy bed, 1 bathroom, a Living-dining Room, a well equipped kitchen and a balcony to enjoy night views.

The whole area gets a ton of natural sunlight throughout the day!
It sits on the 4th floor of a boutique condo building. The condo looks out over the Rockwell skyline, Century City, Ortigas and beyond from both the living area, the bedroom and the lanai balcony. The sight of the city lights at night with the dim-able lighting makes for a warm inviting space.

The cross breeze throughout the unit when the windows are open is truly amazing.

The unit features lightning fast 50Mbps WIFI with Apple Airport Extreme Router and all HD channels for business types as well as TV aficionados and sports lovers. The DVR has prerecorded movies and allows you to record shows as well.

We also provide a welcome drink on arrival as well as stock the fridge with unsweetened ice-tea (sugar to taste).

HOUSEKEEPING:

I provide complimentary cleaning service once for a 4 night's stay, and twice a week for longer stays!

THE BUILDING.

My one bedroom condo has 24hr security, an in building laundry service and several convenience stores within short walking distance. We know you'll find the condo very convenient.
