I reserved this place for my daughter and friends who are checking out schools for college in Manila. My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). Another thing that my daughter reported that was weird was they had to leave their room keys to them whenever they leave, and that they had to call them to be able to get in their room. How inconvenient and the lack of privacy is very uncomfortable.

Yes . Chinese Door lock code generator crashed and no longer offered support so we had to buy /import new locks. Thus the tempprary key return system. Do not worry, nothing has been lost to theft in our years of operation. I do apologize you had to go through with this situation . Bfast - I'm usually on mobile app and unable to go online using a pc. Expedia group's mobile app is very hard to access and takes a lot of time to sign in / out also cannot send saved messages on clipboard thus I sometimes am unable to scroll down to see the whole page and confirm meal plan. My fault ..

Hello! Equipment failure (water heater) are part of any hotel operation. You are welcome to ask to be transferred to another room. . We will help you to do so. Microwave is not available on some rooms but can be requested? Again this is free. All we need is yo. I wonder why you did not do for you to tell us during your stay how to make your stay more comfortable and we will do everything to make it so.

Our 3 nights in the hostel were ok largely because of the wonderfull staff who despite being underpayed and without proper space to sleep tried to do everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The bed was clean, the wifi and the aircon worked. Finding the place was difficult because of the renumbering in de street and the absence of a sign. The flushtoilet was out of order (flush yourself with the waste basket). The absence of a frontdesk is also difficult for a new visitor to the Philippines. All communication about the room, the wifi and the digital keylock of the door are sent on-line but is your local sim card for data is not yet operational you are in the dark. And the keylock did not work anyway because the batteries were empty. Everything was solved by the staff so for the more experienced traveler this is a cheap option that can work.

Nilagay ako sa room na katabi ng mga washing machine. Nasa basement. Pag bukas mo ng pintuan, puro tubig, tumutulo mga aircon na galing sa taas. Pundido mga ilaw, pinapalitan ko pero ang sabi, wala daw maintenance . amoy baul or luma yung kwarto pati mga unan.

Hello! Sad to hear about your experience during your stay. We were fully booked and received 90% of bookings on that day within 3 hours. I have closed all the rooms available but am wondering how your booking managed to get through .
Anyway. I visited this morning to personally check the room and noticed the ff:
1 light pod weaker than the other 2 pods. (Its a power sharing issue)
Room smelled like it is clean and didnt notice a old house smell. It is walled in concrete. And we use an ozone generator to clean the air for safe use of our guests.
I Smelled the pillows and bed sheets. it smelled like freshly laundered pillow cases.
Airconditioner water drippings did occur on the walkway outside room B03. It is now being remedied with new hoses routing water drippings away from the walkway as we speak.

Good experience
The overall experience was great, clean and nice place, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that making me not giving the all 5 star is the air conditioner. The power is not enough to cool down the room during the April (summer in Philippines), I was keep sweating every night during my stay.
