”St aff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! The grounds are well-maintained and the cabin was clean and easy to locate. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning, but would stay here again!”

”It's close to the freeway yet a quiet place to stay. It's right across a gas station with a convenience store which is very convenient. The staff are helpful and polite.”

”Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe. We got two queen beds and the beds are more like doubles.”

”The room Needed a new carpet and the bathroom floor was a disaster. It had obviously flooded and had horrible caulking job around the baseboards. Will not stay again!”

”This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.”

”I have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years but I have to say that the room I had had a cleanliness I don't thing I have ever had before. Everything was well maintained so that I wondered if it had been remodeled recently. The breakfast wasn't what you would get at a restaurant but it was hot and satisfying with eggs, sausage, waffles you make your self plus cereal, fruit toast or bagel orange juice and so on. I don't know if I will have the need to stay in this area again but if so I...

”We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Spokane! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for getting around Spokane and close to the airport. Overall, a pleasant and stress-free stay. we would definitely stay here again!”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful right on the lake. It’s absolutely beautiful. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired. The room was outdated. Didn’t have one hook in the bathroom to hang anything on no sink area or vanity for you to get ready in the bathroom. It had a weird sliding door that didn’t have an actual door knob or handle. It was like a piece of metal that ran odd and if you shut it all the way it would catch, and you would be locked in...
