The front desk person required to see the physical seal with the date of entrance. Since my husband is Colombian by birth, he used the biometric entrance. ”I arrived Sunday evening and checked in. Was not provided a wi fi password and couldn’t reach the host. Monday morning we had a horrific earthquake and I ran out of the room. Maybe 6 hours later, I was told that they will have a different room ready for me. I was very concerned about going back into the building as it had significant structural damage.
