Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were excellent. I found the restaurant food quality average and the staff poorly trained and not able to either communicate well or provide good service. Housekeeping was good but again staff didnt seem to understand or follow up on basic needs. ...

Gym is equipped well for the size - would have been better if larger. No SEA or River view, The rooms need to be bigger in size for the cost charged as other options in Mangalore have larger rooms.
