”Check in couldn’t have been easier. The place was so cosy and the combustion heater was sensational. We loved the peacefulness and quiet. Seriously to have a jacuzzi while watching the sunset or watching the clouds is just so relaxing. A great place for couples who just want to enjoy each others company and get away from it all. ”

”Nice, quiet place. Breakfast coffee was agreed but not provided. Dinner was a bit overpriced. Very friendly. Unique experience”

”Very welcoming owners to their under cover eating area with our dog. Very accommodating by delivering our dinner to our cottage. Dressed in 1800’s era clothing to celebrate 175th year of settlement. Interesting display of old cameras and art works. ”

The cottage was impeccably clean, spacious and appointed with thoughtful touches, and it was equipped with everything we needed. The comfy sofas in the cosy lounge offered a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the perfectly framed river‑flat views. The verandah and BBQ area were ideal spaces for unwinding after a day exploring the surroundings. Highly recommend!”
