20 minutes from AUS International Airport. Typical Taxi, Uber or Lyft from Austin Bergstrom is about $30-$50 one way. About twenty minutes away. Very close by.

Guest access;
Guests have full access to the home through front and back door keypad entry. All rooms, bathrooms, and closets are available for guest use. The attic and mailbox are for homeowner use only and are not accessible to guests. Receiving mails is prohibited.

Other things to note;
- Only parking for two vehicles. Four additional parking spots are available to the left of the home.
- No smoking or vaping indoors.
- No flammable materials like fireworks, candles or smoking is allowed. No lighters allowed on the premises.
- Absolutely NO GLITTER or Confetti is allowed. If I find any littered on the premises, I will charge an additional cleaning fee of $40.
- Multiple security cameras outside the front, side, street, and back of the house. One camera disabled.
