”Lovely hotel. My room was very homely and comfortable. I was on the top floor so had a view of the sea, which was only a couple of minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. ”

”Kun matkustaa m-pyörällä, on vaikea tietää missä on ja milloin. Kelit ym. vaikuttavat matkan etenemiseen. Varasin huoneen ollessani lautalla, matkalla Man-saarelle. Kriteerinä; lähellä satamaa, onnistuimme saamaan ihanan hotellin, läheltä keskustaa. Great ! Hyvä aamiainen, siisti huone, rauhallinen sijainti.”

”Huoneeni oli tilava ja siisti. Rakennus oli vanha, mutta huone oli remontoitu nykyajan vaatimukset täyttäviksi. Rappuset huoneeseen oli tosin kapeat (mutta hissikin oli). Aamupala oli ilmaiseksi hyvä (muroja, jugurttia, paahtoleipää, mehua, teetä ja kahvia). Respa oli auki vain aamuisin. Muina aikoina sitä hoidettiin etänä läheisestä hotellista, joka oli ihan toimiva järjestely. Aulassa oli puhelin, jolla etärespaan sai helposti yhteyden.”

”I recently had a wonderful stay at Athol Park Guest House, and I wanted to share my experience: 1. The location is fantastic, situated in a peaceful area just a short walk from the beach. 2. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. 3. Breakfast provided a reasonable selection of choices. 4.My single room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I highly recommend this guest house!”

”The host couldn't have done more for us. The Melrose is convenient for the shops although there was a short uphill walk to get back. The room although compact was clean, the bedding was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, cereal, orange juice, Tea or coffee and a full english and there was also the offer of Manx kippers if you wanted them.. There are a lot of stairs up to the rooms but that is typical of the B&Bs in Douglas. If I have one slight criticism it's that...

”Central location, close to bus stops, Cindy the host was lovely and our stay lived up to all the previous reviews we read. Lovely clean room, nice bed, quiet street, had our own kitchenette and living room and bathroom, it was pretty much like renting a whole apartment but cheaper! We felt like we had moved house and it was our own apartment! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! ”
