”The property was very clean. It was a little drafty (we were there in winter) and to adjust the heat we would have had to contact the host. House was super comfortable, had everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Everything was easy to find. Parking was good, location was good. We stayed in winter so can’t comment on the beach experience. Playground super nearby which is great for kids. ”

”great location, but otherwise just okay. For the cost, we should have gone for a hotel. One of the bedrooms clearly wasn’t insulated, and all of them still had AC units duct taped in the windows (for new years weekend.) The lockbox was difficult to use every time we went in and out, and when we moved one of the sofas so all of us could watch a movie, there was old food underneath. ”

”We enjoyed our stay. We were very busy so we weren’t in the house very much but we did enjoy the house. The living room dining room kitchen area was very roomy. We did have 5 in the space and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed the architectural work and can appreciate all the hard work that has been put in to restore this wonderful home.”
