Kalenterimme päivitetään reaaliaikaisesti ja meidän yöpymiset näytetään tarkasti. Syötä haluamasi päivämäärät ja klikkaa 'Varaa nyt!'

Tee upeita muistoja tässä hyväpalkkaisessa ja tyylikkäässä kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneiston huoneistossa, joka sijaitsee toivottavalla Wapato Point Resortilla. Casual Family Stay
When we arrived, there was no key in the lock box. It took about an hour to get a reply to use a secondary box. It was pretty frustrating after having driven 5 hours to get there. The resort staff were very kind. But could not help. We also had issues with the kitchen. We planned to cook and bake most meals in the unit. But we found the supply of pans and baking supplies inadequate. There was one small fry pan, too small for more than one sandwich at a time. not even a skillet appropriate to fry more then 1-2 eggs in. Just a griddle style. There was one large pot. We borrowed cooking necessities like large mixing bowls and baking dishes from a family member in another unit., and purchased 10 inch fry pans to take home. The BBQ was not usable. The propane twist was closed so tightly that not even the college boys could open it. We went again, to the family members unit for the bbq nights. There was a note when we arrived on the front stoop saying the AC was not working properly, that someone would come to adjust it. Nobody came. After the first night when it took an hour to get a reply on getting in through the emergency line, we did not want to call for help on any of these smaller things for help. So we just dealt with them and enjoys family. The unit was clean. nice layout. Though there was also a note not to use the lower bunk in one of the bedrooms. We did not need it. But may be useful to know for someone with a small child. Good size unit in great location, so 4 star

Very Dirty
This property was a huge disappointment. Property is in need of a major deep clean. The pictures on the website are not current and the carpets are very dirty. We cleaned windows, washed the deck and cleaned off bugs from screens, table on deck only had 2 chairs, pictures show 6. counters in kitchen were dirty we vacuumed and mopped the wood floors. It was very embarrassing for us to entertain guests in this filthy Condo. Our guests didn't want to walk around in the condo b/c of how dirty the floors were. There was black mold in the dishwasher and my husband had to clean that too. 3 of my guest had stomach issues while we were there, probably from the back mold in the bottom of dishwasher. There were pots in the kitchen but only 1 Pot only 8". Very small amount of TP and paper towels, when I called and asked for more Vacassa said they only provide a starter pack so if you stay there bring your own paper products, sugar, laundry soap. I will never book with Vacassa again. It was very stressful and their service was awful! They gave us 2 keys at check in but only 1 of them opened the door. Our neighbors Condo had not been cleaned at all when she checked in. FUTURE RENTERS BEWARE

This stay was disappointing due to the MANY unfortunate events and unacceptable living conditions.
-The house was FILTHY dirty and a safety issue(indoor/ outdoor porch) -Missing remotes/unusable television -broken toilet(maintenance fixed) -non working air-conditioning in SUMMER(unacceptable/ unsafe temperature)-maintenance Randy Weaver came to assess and let me know it could not be fixed in the time of our stay. (he agreed the conditions were unacceptable both cleanliness and house temperature due to lack of AC. -Poor response to any issue -These issues ruined our only vacation that took hard earned money to pay for. This caused stress, time away from family, and discomfort.

Everything was wonderful from The cleanliness to the location - great boat access and beautiful view. My husband and I brought our teenage daughters and two friends and there was plenty of room. This is a great home and we can’t wait to come back!

Worse trip to Chelan ever
VRBO transfers this trip at this property to VACASA. It is not through VRBO. Everything in this home is falling into disrepair. Including the air conditioning that doesn’t work most of the time. Multiple nights I couldn’t sleep due to the high heat and no air. This was so frustrating Especially when you actually need the AC. Not to mention the plumbing is completely messed up. Every time you turn on a faucet or the dishwasher runs a cycle the water pipes knock loudly in thr walls. Don’t try to nap a infant here as you wont get a nap in with the knocking pipes in the walls. The neighbor was so nice and tried to help by calling his plumber to remedy the issue because Vacasa didn’t handle it at all. This is not something you want to have to coordinate on your vacation with a neighbor you don’t know. They kept sending back generic responses about not wanting us to have this experience but did nothing to actually remedy the many issues. They never actually handled one thing besides dropping off batteries when we weren’t there. The key lock outside the main door fell open when initially getting the key out and we couldn’t leave the key there for access throughout the stay because of it. The laundry machine is going out and screams loudly when in use. We decided to just not do laundry after being worried we would be blamed for the issue. Something is going out on that appliance as well as the dishwasher. The dishwasher you have to restart mid cycle off and on. We had to clean and mop when we got there with sticky floors. The fridge freezes some of our produce and we had to repeatedly buy food to replace it even with the he fridge on the warmest setting. There was coffee left in the coffee maker starting to mold over we had to clean that out too. The deck was a disaster smelling of stray cat piss. There were no pool cards left for us but thankfully we had friends throughout Wapato Point to allow us access. They never dropped off cards. The freezer doesn’t make ice, so we had to buy ice to stock there. The carpet is filthy and smells. No remotes for televisions had any batteries throughout the home. The shower floor was not cleaned. The beds had some pillow dust covers used as pillow cases. The entry was full of weeds and broken cement wall. No access to the garage for storage. There was trash in the little can when we arrived and our trash was never picked up. Wifi Didn’t work. Vacasa sent a generic message each time. Don’t be robbed like we were.

It was a great home, great view and location to be accessible to all the amenities without ever having to leave Wapato Point, which was super convenient when with small children. Loved it and would book it for my family again!

Unit was clean and large enough to accommodate a big family. Amenities on the property are excellent. Great time and would recommend this to anyone traveling to Chelan.

Great condo and location! Place was clean and stocked. The only negative was the property management. They left us with 2 empty propane tanks. I tried contacting them twice but never got a reply back.
