”Everything was perfect about this property! From check in to check out everything was great. Communication with property owner was perfect. The property itself was everything we could have asked for. Great location from boat ramp and perfect dock for tying up our boat. There was ample room for our toddler to run when we weren't in the water. The walk from the house to lake was short and was a visible safe path. The tractor with a trailer to help get stuff to the lake was the perfect addition....

”This property is outstanding and Andrea is am amazing host! Communication with her during our stay was excellent, the house is just as pictured and more and the dock/beach area is awesome! Be sure to bring your S'mores sticks and if you have any other needs while there, Buchanan's General Store just up the road is an amazing place to go for everything - even delicious ice cream!! ”We had a great stay. We had my 84 year old father and mother and three adult children and spouses and 2 adult grandkids with their spouses. The house was plenty big enough and the walk to the dock was nice and flat. We stayed in June during a massive heatwave in the upper 90s each day. We would like to come back in the fall. The kitchen was stocked with everthing imaginable and loads of china. My mother was so excited. We ate on different china for each meal. ”

”The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. ”

”The property was just as it was in photos as in person. It is in a quiet area, little traffic, just what you want when you want down time and no drama! Fun areas to explore. Went to Lake Gaston Coffee, awesome scones and coffee. A very nice selection of wines for a coffee shop. Had dinner at Waterview in Littleton. Not far from house at all. Food was great. Right on the water and have music on select days. Rosemont winery is a must. We will be back. Our host was wonderful. Answered...

”This place was perfect. Our large group always struggles to find a place that works to sleep everyone and is separate enough so that when the babies are in bed the adults don't have to be silent. This house fits the bill. People on the top level cannot hear anything in the basement and vice versa. In addition the house was extremely well stocked. They thought of everything. We can't wait to come back next year. ”

”Everything was perfect. We worked with the owner of the property through VRBO and it was very easy to communicate, ask questions and get answers. We visited twice prior to our reservation date to get a feel for who would sleep where of the 40 folks on our list of invitees. The owner was always very accommodating. ”We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The house accommodated 3 generations of our family. The basement was perfect for the teenagers and kids. They enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey tables. We brought our boat and enjoyed so much time on the water, as well as floating, swimming and fishing from the dock.
