Blessed by the Bay sleeps 11 and is situated on a canal that leads directly into the Roanoke Sound. This home is ideally located just across the bridge from Nags Head and is just minutes from the beach, Jennette's Pier, Roanoke Island Festival Park, the North Carolina Aquarium, and so much more!
On the top level, you will find an open concept floor plan with 360-degree views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your perfect family meal, including a massive island with granite countertops. The spacious and cozy living room is the perfect place to settle in for a good conversation or to watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. When the day is done, head out onto the back deck to enjoy spectacular OBX sunsets that are second to none!
On the second level, you will find a King En-Suite Bedroom and a Queen En-Suite Bedroom, both with direct access to the second-level deck. A 3rd bedroom includes a pyramid bunk bed with a twin top bunk and a full-size bottom bunk, and the 4th bedroom boasts an elegant Queen poster bed. A jack-and-jill bathroom separates the bunk room and additional queen bedroom. Each bedroom on this level is equipped with its own smart tv.

On the ground level, you will find a Queen bedroom with its own TV and adjacent semi-private full bathroom. This level is also where you will find the game room, which has a ping pong table and seating for spectators to watch the fun or to stream their favorite shows on the flat screen tv. Step outside the sliding door to enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the OBX sunshine lounging by the pool and grilling your favorite meals.
Play board games and do puzzles (located in cabinets on the top level and ground level) with family and friends. Head to the beach and enjoy the sand and sun. Rent kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards or 4x4s. Take a tour to watch dolphins play, fly kites at Jockey's Ridge or check out the wealth of local history. Or skip the activities and enjoy relaxing days in a beautiful home close to everything but secluded enough to allow you to escape the hustle and bustle. Rental Details:
- Must be 25 to book. Signed vacation rental agreement and ID required at booking.

- Check-in begins at 4 pm: Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-out is at 10 am.

- Private pool will open late Spring and close early Fall. Pool is cleaned weekly and vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool on scheduled cleaning days. Pool is not heated.
- This property has 4 parking spots for guests. All vehicles and trailers must fit in the driveway. No street parking.

- A private community boat launch is available for use. Guests may dock boats at the property (25-foot max boat). Special instructions will be included in your check-in packet.

- Fireplace is not for guest use.
-Most of the boats run between 22 and 30'. The depth of the canal runs 6-8' but the ditch to get in here only runs 3-4.
- We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must kindly inform all guests that no pets are allowed. We understand that many people consider their pets to be part of the family and we respect that, however for safety, hygiene and allergy related reasons, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding.
