Renovated Historic Manti Home - Sleeps 16+

Bring the whole family! This charming cottage style home was built in 1909 and is ready for guests to create memories. Completely remodeled with the intention for guests to have family reunions here or to find a great place to stay while exploring the surrounding area and mountains. Kid, pet, and family friendly and lots of RV, trailer, ATV/UTV parking. Also EV-friendly with a Level 2 (40A) J1772 charger (w/ Tesla adapter) and NEMA 14-50 outlet (for RV's or to use your own portable EV charger). This historic home is an ideal basecamp for adventure groups or families!

Main level - 2 bedrooms (2 queens beds and 1 king bed), kitchen, laundry room, living room, family room, 2 bathrooms
2nd level - 1 bedroom (4 twin beds)
Basement - 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 twin beds) laundry room, play/TV room.

Please note that the basement ceilings in some areas is slightly less than 6’2” tall so guests over 6'0” will need to duck.

Also, two bedrooms in the basement are connected. You need to go through one room to get to the other.

We ask that our guests start a load of towels, throw away trash, and start the dishwasher before leaving.

Pricing is based on number of guests so its important/required that you book for the appropriate number of guests that will be staying. You can also adjust the number if it changes.

Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome with prior approval. All pets must be declared at the time of booking through VRBO for proper pricing. Pets are not permitted on beds or bedding. You are welcome to bring your own blanket or pet bed to place on top. Pets must NOT be left unattended in the property at any time. Guests are responsible for removing all pet fur and hair from furniture prior to checkout. Excessive pet hair, damage, or odors may result in additional cleaning charges. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and enjoyable for all guests!

Surprisingly Spacious

It's a beautiful "little" home from the outside, but it's surprisingly spacious inside. It's very cute, comfortable, and well maintained. Lovely yard and our kids lived the swing set. We'll likely stay again.

Great with little kids!

We had our family here and there was more than enough room and it also had plenty of fun things to do as a family. My kids played with games, toys, and enjoyed the theater room. The house was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and come back a second time.

Cute, Quiet House

We stayed at this Manti house for a wedding and it was perfect! There were enough bedrooms and beds, we had extra. Everything was clean and ready to go when we showed up. There was lots of room and seating for hanging out in the evenings. Communication with the host was easy and we received quick responses.

Like stepping in to the past but clean and comfortable

The house was clean, comfortable and so much fun for my kids to explore. It was so fun to feel like you were stepping into another era but with all the modern amenities and everything was clean and homey. We would stary there again.

Cutest house ever!

This is such a great place to stay! It has tons of beds, is so clean, has lots of helpful hints about the community, plenty of towels, and has easy check-in/check-out processes. The only bad thing is that we were only there for one night. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!

Perfect place for our side by side adventure

We loved this property. We had a total of 10 people here and there was more than enough space for us to enjoy time together. We loved that it was just a stone’s throw from the Arapeen trail system. The property is a very cozy place with modern adaptations. It has all the accommodations you might need. Our only complaint would be only 2 showers but I think that’s typical in this era of home.
