”This home was perfect for our family! The house is modern and clean, has all needed amenities, is in a great location and has a lovely pool. There are plenty of chairs for lounging poolside as well as eating outdoors around a table. The host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house. We are planning to return next. year. Loved it!!!!”

”The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!”

I have rented countless shore houses and this was the first time sheets - already on the beds! - and bath towels were provided. Very nice touch. ”A perfect location to easily get to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk and everything else Seaside Park has to offer. Michael and the Breezy team were very attentive throughout our stay and check in and check out couldn't have been easier.The house was the perfect size for a family and everything was comfortable with great amenities for a longer stay. ”Adorable and comfy beach house with off street parking in a nice neighborhood. It was supplied with paper goods, 2 beach passes & beach towels, and even linens and bath towels! My only disappointment was that the kitchen was sparsely supplied despite the listing stating it was fully equipped. So, I was unable to cook anything except microwaveable food. I'd stay again in a heartbeat, but would communicate with the host requesting normally stocked kitchen items all easily remedied:(i.e. some...

”My family of 14 stayed here with plenty of room. I loved that we were 3 blocks from the ocean/ board walk /amusement park and village. Pool was a big hit and parking of 4 cars was a big hit with me. Definitely recommend ”

”Property was as described. The street is nice, but the surrounding neighborhood is undesirable. The place was clean, and the owners have done many updates-new appliances, new furniture, nice bedding, A/C, landscaping, fire pit, etc. The kitchen cabinets need to be updated (or cleaned). It is a very homey, comfortable house and was perfect for our needs.”
