”The Moxy Downtown Houston is in a good location for Restaurants/ Bars.
If you want to see an Astros, Rockets or Dynamo/Dash game.
There’s a Metrorail Station right next to the property.
You can either walk a few blocks or take a short Public Transit ride.
The minus was there were Homeless people, at the end of the block.
You possibly can hear the Metrorail from outside.
You have to wait a minute or two for the hot water since the building is over 100 years old.
Overall, I would stay here...

”This is an older property, but i was clean, functional, affordable and easy to get to. The A/C in our room worked fine, but the A/C was not working in the common areas of the hotel during our stay. Although we didn't use the pool during our stay, it looked well kept and inviting.”
