”The hotel and the room were beautiful and full of luxury. Room cleaning was in excellent level. Area was calm. Only few negative things: 1) not all the staff spoke fluent English. Sometimes there were problems with understanding. 2) The swimming pool was closed and it was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. It was September, so perhaps their summer was over.”

”What an amazing hotel! Lovely interior, large rooms and so quiet. There were no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, due to the late dining times. The hotel is just a short walk from the Royal Palace, which was well worth a visit. We parked in the free car park just across the road, near to a back entrance gate to the hotel.”

”Decent hotel near the Las Rozas outlet villages. Everything was clean and there is a cafeteria style of restaurant serving food & drinks if needed. Parking was free and available as well. The hotel lacks a bit of character, but its conveniently located for the highways and shopping at Las Rozas. We choose this hotel and we thought there would be the airport shuttle in the morning (10 a.m) when we had to go to the airport. But there was not.
