”The cabins are duplexes, set among trees beside a fast-flowing river. Two decks at the river's edge provide relaxing settings for reading or conversation. Although the units are small and older, the friendly and helpful owners are doing a good job of updating them, so they accomodate newer ammentities, ie microwaves, Smart TVs and Wi-fi access. ”Our family of four (inc. a 13 year old and 12 year old) had a blast at this charming cabin! We LOVED having a beach and boats to use. The kids splashed around in the lake at night, we had an epic Connect 4 competition, and the hubs and I enjoyed a beverage on the deck (loved the wine that our wonderful host left for us)! ”Visited Traverse City with my family for Labor Day weekend. Property was very nice. A bit of a drive (6 or so miles) to downtown Traverse City but not horrible. On the main bike path. Meijer grocery store close by. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Check-in/check-out was easy. The only negative was the Yale lock. It was a struggle getting it to wake up and accept the access code. We figured it out but others may struggle. I would recommend. ”

”We had an exceptional experience. The cabin itself was gorgeous! It was perfectly clean, and all of the furnishings were well maintained. The beds and couch were all very comfy. We loved the big windows and the nice views of the forest behind the cabin. The area itself was very quiet, which I loved.
