”Needs some repair but overall clean”

”My daughter and I came for the pool area the hot tub was completely closed off and not working and the pool was not very clean the water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels on the first day we had to ask a couple times up front and the next day there were a few in the morning. When we checked in at 3:15 most of the rooms were not cleaned because they said housekeeping was running behind”

”Ac would not cool. But other than thay it was really good”

”One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. ”

”Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing I asked for was too much (not that I asked for a lot). The breakfast was fresh and tasty! Would recommend. ”

”We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!”

”Lighting in half the room didn’t work. Coffee wasn’t available until breakfast started. Staff was nice. Parking easy. Some stains on the towels”

”The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. ”

”Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. ”

”overall, it was clean and for the most part quiet. A suggestion would be to keep those people with active children on the 1st floor to avoid the loud banging from little feat coming from the 2nd floor rooms.”

”Great service since the moment I walked in. The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The monthly you walk through the doors you already know you will be having a great stay and experience.”

”Room was out of toilet paper and soap. Staff didnt understand english very well. Wont be staying there again unless no other choice available. ”

”Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.”

”Nice big room. Breakfast was very limited, even worse than typically in the US. There we pretty much nothing fresh, so not a great way to start the day. The gym was pretty nice. ”

”The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. ”

”When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool.”
