”Hotel location is very convenient, 3 min walk to Machu Picchu bus station, 5 min walk to railway station, staff is very nice, dinner food is good, room is clean, however the step down into the shower may have trip concern. Wifi doesn’t work very well at room. Overall we enjoyed the stay in this hotel. ”

”Ant infestation, they’ll lose the items you check in, and staff walks into your room by accident when you’re sleeping at 6 am while you’re in your pjs and undergarments.. food gave my friend food poisoning.. staff is unreliable and unprofessional. 0/10 bad service! ”

”Situated just above the central plaza, this small hotel is very nice and the staff accommodating and friendly. There might be too many steps up for some guests, but the view at Huayna Picchu from the windows and the breakfast terrace is rewarding. Warmly recommended. ”

”Great spot for a night before an early Machu Picchu. Breakfast ready at 4:45AM!”

”Very good location only a few mins walk from the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Facility and the room was modern and clean; washroom was excellent with hot water for a shower. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection. Only minor issue is ventilation (I opened the window but some bugs flew in).”

”The main concern is hygenic condition. The bedsheet had stain everywhere and smells it definitely notify wasn't clean. The duvet and blanket is also dirty. I had to sleep with my dirty clothes because I don't feel safe and clean. There are no staff after 8pm so there is no one to contact.There were flies and bugs inside the room. The hotel is located inside a small shop there are only 5 floor. It's right next to the bus station and the river white noise is loud. At the end I do not recommend...
