Upstairs, the expansive primary bedroom offers its own comfortable seating area, work desk, and private bathroom. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the futon in the living room. Other features you'll love include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access.

Outside, when you aren't hanging out on the beach, check out the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Golf, Sunset Park, and the Dolphin Research Center. Marathon also lacks no amount of yummy seafood joints and vibrant local boutiques.

All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
