However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly. They cleaned every single day beautifully and provided recommendations even if we originally needed some help with Google translate. Love y'all. We will definitely be back.”

”I've stayed here for a number of years and the property appears to be slipping. At check in they were training a new employee and their computer went down for 15 minutes, so it took a while to get checked in. The staff was very polite. The A/C in the room didn't cool completely. The rooms don't have true refrigerators, they have chillers which do an ok job but aren't as cold as a fridge. The ice machines in both buildings were broken and when I asked the staff if I could get some ice from...

”This is not a hotel. You should enter the room directly and there is no services like cleaning etc. the rooms are cleaned before arrival but they’re outdated, things are broken etc. the common areas are not neat not clean, everything looks a bit run-down. ”

”This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days. Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel.”

”Nice place. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. Full breakfast provided 8am-10am with a limited menu. Kayaks and bikes available. Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed on the water. Pool and hot tub worked but only accessible until 8pm. Parking was free and adequate. I would recommend.”
