”Old and cold”

”Clean room”

”The resort portion of the property is nice with a nice pool many hammocks and chairs and a good local bar restaurant. The townhouse portion where we stayed was in poor upkeep and not well maintained. It was a large townhouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, but only one parking spot. The check-in person wasn’t very friendly or helpful and seemed overwhelmed. I will not be going back to this property and I wouldn’t recommend the townhouse portion of this property.”

”The location was convenient for exploring the Keys. We stopped here just for one night. The floors were dirty but bathroom & kitchen area were all clean.”

”Beautiful unique relaxing and peaceful experience on the water. Great tiny house with all the fixings. Lovely location. ”

”This is not a hotel. You should enter the room directly and there is no services like cleaning etc. the rooms are cleaned before arrival but they’re outdated, things are broken etc. the common areas are not neat not clean, everything looks a bit run-down. ”

”The grounds are nice, beach area is nice. Pool is good, heated to good temp. Hot tub jets not right. AC in our room didn’t work properly. Was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Not enough electricity outlets. Not in the right place and some didn’t work. No phone chargers. No place to hang clothes. Poor arrangement of furniture. No place to hang clothes in bathroom. Floor was very dirty. No smoke alarm.”

”No pressure in the shower, the toilet leaked all night, toilet seat was broken , we had to go to the front desk twice for room supplies like tissues, toilet paper and towels. Had to pay a 10.00 fee a day to park there overnight. I mean come on, how do they expect me to get there? Walk 236 miles? No smoking permitted on property. I do not see why we couldn’t smoke at the tiki bar or poolside. It was an open air pool. Make sure you call your preferred place to stay and ask about the hidden...

”The breakfast was really good. Amenities were poor and the Tiki bar was closed. $21 to park at a hotel in the middle of nowhere is a joke especially if you are staying at the hotel. Just add it to the cost of the hotel.”

”It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too. ”

”We enjoyed our time here! We spent time kayaking and paddle boarding, as well as relaxing on the balcony of our houseboat. We would definitely come back again!”
