”We had a wonderful stay and the property was just as described. Clean, well supplied and comfortable. It was a perfect place for us to visit with family in the area that we could sit out and enjoy the view. Our first day, we actually had a manatee, live conch, parrot fish, and others come to visit us at the shore. Plenty of good food nearby. My wife and I are looking forward to doing it again.”

”Excellent host, great location, great amenities, tidy & reasonably clean. Our host, Ana, had a booklet which includes everything from A-Z about the accomodations & area. The location is perhaps the quietest key - one road in, one out. The place is tidy with many amenities. Note the villas are attached and you can hear your neighbors to some extent, especially the washer/dryers. We would have given 5-stars, except for the lack of attention to the cleanliness of some areas of the kitchen and...

”We had a great week at this property and ultimately gave it 5 stars because it delivered exactly what we needed: an unbeatable location, beautiful water views, and a convenient home base for exploring the Keys. The biggest strengths are definitely the setting and location. The views are fantastic, and Grassy Key was a great central location for day trips both north and south. We spent most of our time out exploring, on the water, or enjoying the area, so having an affordable waterfront place to...
